Agostinho de Oliveira Pinto - Cabeça de Casal da Herança De, Indivisible Inheritance of Agostinho de Oliveira Pinto, headquartered at Quinta do Muro, Rua Antónia e Camila Pamplona 952, Marco de Canaveses 4635-524 Porto, Portugal, with tax identification number PT747717125 (hereinafter Mandrez), is the legitimate entity responsible for the execution, maintenance, and development of the Mandrez Brand and Website.
Mandrez requests that you carefully read these Terms and Conditions before using this Website, as its use implies knowledge and acceptance of these terms.
The User declares they possess the necessary legal capacity to accept these Terms and Conditions.
By using this Website, the User acknowledges that they are of legal drinking age.
User Obligations
By using the Website, particularly to place an order, the User agrees to:
- Use the Website solely for legally valid inquiries or orders.
- Not place any false or fraudulent orders, accepting that if such an order is placed, Mandrez has the right to cancel it and inform the relevant authorities.
- Provide their email address, telephone contact, postal address, and/or other contact details necessary for order delivery and payment, accurately and truthfully. The User also consents to the use of this information for Mandrez to contact them. If all necessary details are not provided, Mandrez will not be able to process the order.
- By placing an order through this Website, the User declares they are over 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.
Breach of Obligations
Mandrez reserves the right to take any necessary measures to safeguard its rights in the event of a breach or attempted breach of these Terms and Conditions. This may include suspending or blocking access to and use of the Mandrez Website without the User being entitled to any compensation or indemnity as a result.
Website Content
The entire content of the Mandrez Website is the property of Mandrez, which holds copyright and intellectual and industrial property rights, except for content provided by advertisers or business partners explicitly identified as such. Copyright protection extends to all reproductions or copies obtained from the content of the Mandrez Website.
Mandrez reserves the right to add, remove, or modify any content on the Mandrez Website at any time, without prior notice to users.
Interferences, Interruptions, Disconnections, or Other Anomalies
Access to and use of the Mandrez Website, as with any web page, is subject to interferences, interruptions, disconnections, or other anomalies due to malfunctions, overloads, line congestion, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond Mandrez’s control. The User expressly acknowledges that Mandrez cannot be held liable for any damages, potential or actual, directly or indirectly resulting from such events.
Mandrez does not guarantee that the Mandrez Website will operate uninterrupted or be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful elements.
Contract Formation
To place an order, the User must follow the online purchase procedure, complete the requested details, and choose a payment method. Before finalising the purchase, the User must read these Terms and Conditions.
By completing the purchase procedure, the User enters into a contract of sale with Mandrez. Subsequently, they will receive an email confirming their order.
Product Availability
All product orders are subject to availability. If there are difficulties in supplying products or if items are out of stock, the User will be duly informed. If delivery is not possible due to any of these difficulties, Mandrez will refund the amount paid for the unavailable items within an estimated 30-day period.
Product Delivery
Without prejudice to the provisions regarding product availability, and unless extraordinary circumstances occur, Mandrez will attempt to dispatch the orders listed in each Shipping Confirmation before the delivery date specified in the Confirmation. If no delivery date is specified, delivery will be made within 30 days from the date of the Shipping Confirmation.
If Mandrez cannot meet the delivery date due to circumstances beyond its control, the User will be informed and given the option to continue the purchase with a new delivery date or cancel the order for a full refund, without prejudice to any other rights under applicable law.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery is unsuccessful, a notice will be left informing the User of the location of their order and how to collect it.
If the product is not delivered within the stipulated time frame, the User may be charged for storage costs and any further delivery attempts.
Transfer of Risks and Ownership of Products
The risks associated with the products pass to the customer upon delivery.
The customer will acquire ownership of the products once full payment is received, including any applicable shipping costs, or upon delivery if this occurs at a later date.
Pricing and Payment
The price of each product will be as stated on the Mandrez Website at the time, except in cases of obvious error. If an error in the price of a product ordered by the customer is detected, they will be informed as soon as possible and given the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If the customer cannot be reached, the order will be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued.
Website prices include VAT but do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount due.
To make a payment, selected items must be added to the shopping cart, and the checkout process followed.
Payments can be made via Shopify Payments, with the charge being made at the time the order is confirmed.
For credit card payments, the customer confirms that they own the credit card or are authorised to use it upon authorising the payment.
An invoice will be issued and provided to the customer after purchase.
Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the consumer may refer to an Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution Entity.
The updated list of available Alternative Dispute Resolution Entities under Article 17 of Law No. 144/2015, of 8 September, can be consulted on the Consumer Portal at www.consumidor.pt.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Mandrez reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions freely and at any time.
For all matters not expressly regulated in these Terms and Conditions, Portuguese Law shall apply.
In the event of a dispute regarding the validity, effectiveness, interpretation, integration, application, or enforcement of these Terms and Conditions, Mandrez and the Client agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Porto, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
PRIVACY POLICY / PERSONAL DATA
When you purchase something on our website, we collect the personal information you provide us with, including your name, address, and email address, as part of the purchase and sale process.
The Customer or User hereby consents to the collection and processing of their data, where applicable, authorising Mandrez to store this information in a database suitable for order management.
The data controller is Agostinho de Oliveira Pinto - Cabeça de Casal da Herança De, and the Customer and User commit to providing and keeping their personal data up to date, ensuring that the information provided is accurate.
The personal data provided by the User is intended for the management of Mandrez’s clients and services, specifically for handling the sale and delivery of products commercialised by Mandrez, as well as for Mandrez’s marketing activities.

In accordance with Law No. 67/98 of 26 October, Customers and Users are guaranteed access to their data and may request in writing its update, correction, or deletion. They also have the right to request, at any time, that their data not be used for Mandrez’s marketing activities.
Your personal data may only be disclosed to third parties providing specific services, such as external entities contracted by Mandrez, when necessary for fulfilling a contract between the User and Mandrez and only to that extent.
